When I enquired about the reason for his restlessness he said \u2013 \u201cI am new to Kolkata. I have to reach this particular address at around 10 a.m. And I am not aware as how to reach there.\u201d Other passengers in the metro -train were bit relaxed, not in much anxiety.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Like the passenger in the metro we are also uncertain about our destination<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\">. So, we too keep on searching different means to live peacefully and blissfully. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">We are in constant predicament because <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">we are alien to this world<\/b>.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Once we come to this world we struggle even for our basic necessities like food, clothing and shelter. We are here in constant anxiety and are always fearful because we are unaware about our future.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>We do not belong to this world. This is not our original home. We are not meant to \u201clive\u201d in this world but <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">we should immediately \u201cleave\u201d this world.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span><o:p><\/o:p><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201cLeaving\u201d does not mean committing suicide<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\">. It means changing our consciousness. <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<\/span>When our consciousness is fixed in Krishna then fear, anxiety, grief, lamentation, hankering and restlessness withers away. Srila Prabahupada says, \u201cThe world is miserable for the materially infected person, but for a devotee the entire world is as good as Vaikuntha, or the spiritual sky.\u201d <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Abhayam, fearlessness, is possible only when we take the shelter of Krishna. <o:p><\/o:p><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<\/span>We enjoy unlimitedly in the spiritual world, our original home, but struggle for survival when we come to this world. So <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">let us \u201cleave\u201d this world by \u201cliving\u201d in harmony with Krishna\u2019s wishes because he is our best well &#8211; wisher<\/b>. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>He seemed to be perplexed and in anxiety.
