Also\nthe <strong>Babri Masjid was built on a land which\nwas not given either to Babur or Mir Baqi<\/strong>. And as per Islamic law a mosque\ncannot be built on such a land which did not belong to Muslims. Moreover,\nHindus have been worshipping there for centuries. &nbsp;<strong>Shia\nWaqf Board too has supported the claims of the Hindu parties. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allahabad\nHigh Court had earlier divided the 2.77-acre disputed land of Ram Janmabhoomi \u2013\nBabri Masjid in Ayodhya equally among the three litigants. <strong>One third of the disputed land was given to the deity Ram Lalla<\/strong>,\none third comprising Ram Chabutra and Sita Rasaoi went to Nirmohi Akhara and\nlast one third was given to Sunni Waqf Board. &nbsp;But the verdict was challenged in the supreme.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A five &#8211;\njudge constitution bench of Supreme Court led by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi is\ncurrently hearing <strong>the religious sensitive\ncase 5 days a week since August 6.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now the\nsenior advocate Rajeev Dhavan representing Sunni Waqf Board is only left to\ncomplete his arguments. Dhavan had earlier informed the court that <strong>he will take 20 days to complete his argument.\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per a report in <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/india\/chances-brighten-for-verdict-in-ayodhya-case-in-november\/articleshow\/70917253.cms\">Times of India<\/a> CJI Ranjan Gogoi will retire on November 17.\u00a0 But after the argument of Rajeev Dhavan <strong>SC will have enough time to give the verdict before CJI retires. <\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It looks as if Lord Rama will get the possession of his birth place by November this year.
